Seminar on Development of Roshni Association

On 5th April, 2015 a one day seminar was conducted on the development of Roshni Association, according to the mission and vision of the organization. The seminar was organized on Roshni’s premises for its committee members and staff members. It was conducted by Dr. Nasir Afghan, Director MBA Program, Institute of Business Administration, Karachi,

Pakistan. He is also our committee member and has been associated with Roshni since many years.

In the first part of the seminar Dr. Afghan, discussed about the mission of Roshni Association and what it means to the people working to achieve it. The second part consisted basically of group activity in which participants shared possible improvements that can be made in different areas, to further enhance the work of Roshni Association. The seminar was one of the initial steps for the capacity building of staff members who felt motivated for the development of Roshni Association, after sharing their ideas with each other. In future, Dr. Afghan will conduct more of these seminars to enhance the quality and quantity of Roshni Association’s work.
