Staff Attends Diploma Course

Five members of the management team of Roshni Association - Ms. Munirah Nadeem, Mr. Ghulam Sarwar, Ms. Saima Bajwa, Mr. Alexander Kuehne and Ms. Farwa Tassaduq - have completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management from Ali Institute of Education, Lahore. The course was conducted by Mr. Steve Ryan, Rector of Ali Institute of Education.
The course included lectures on leadership, communication, mentoring, diff erent pedagogical techniques, evaluations and management strategies. The lectures were concluded with a dissertation which was finally submitted in May 2016. Roshni Association has fully supported the staff members in attending the course, which has helped them improve their abilities as managers of their respective areas so that better steps may be taken for the development of Roshni Association.
