Seminar on Capacity Building of Staff of Roshni Association

Mr. Michael Dackweiler together with his wife Mrs. Carolin Dackweiler, came from Germany and conducted a seminar on “Capacity Building of Roshni Association” from 19th October to 30th October. The seminar focused on themes of workshops, housing, community building, management and also on the elements of soul that can improve personal capacities of the staff­. The objective of the seminar was to strengthen the abilities of the staff­ in developing connections and collaboration within and outside the organization. Mr. & Mrs. Dackweiler have been working with special persons, especially adults, for a very long time. They are also co-founders of the living community of Tennental in Germany.

The staff­ found the seminar very helpful for improvement of their work in the workshops and the living community and in the overall management of the community. Similar seminars and training sessions of staff­ members of Roshni Association will continue with Mr. Michael Dackweiler during the next three years.
