Seminar on Capacity Building of Roshni Association

The second seminar on "Capacity Building of Roshni Association" was organized for the staff of Roshni Association from 3rd February to 13th February 2016. The seminar was conducted by Mr. Michael Dackweiler and Mrs. Carolin Dackweiler from Iona Werkstatt, Germany, to further develop the work regarding special persons in the workshops and living community and the management.

The staff has continued to work on the ideas given by Mr. Michael Dackweiler and Mrs. Carolin Dackweiler. They now plan to enhance the working conditions of the workshops for special persons and to improve the physical and social lifestyle of the special persons in the community houses. They also held sessions to guide the management of Roshni Association on how to achieve these targets and sustain them.

This seminar also included sessions on developing elements of inner-capacities in staff members, assessments of special adults and theatre sessions to develop a sense of community in the staff members.
